I need to do further investigation into this; but please leave your opinions if you can identify her??
We are packed up and ready to head out tomorrow for our travels to my family in the Burgh!!!

Dear Flickr Friends,
one-eyed captain-jack-sparrow continues to heal well despite discomfort as his wounds tighten and regenerate .
Sadly, we have had no leads on the shooter; but with his Lady Love "having his back covered" as you can see,lots of love and all the prayers, kindness, care and concern from countless animal lovers,Our sweetheart will be as good as always by the arrival of the New Year!

I must express my gratitude again for all of your kind and caring
comments and e-mails!
Jack, in his amazing spirit is already beginning to have spring in his
step and did a slow charge , with Lady, toward the garbage truck
today. No leads on the shooter, as of yet.

**"Dear friends, Jack is healing well thus far. Our meeting with the
neighboring ranch owner brought forth nothing. Our friends on the
Sheriffs department said there is nothing that can be done unless
there is a witness to the shooting that comes forth-OR if this s SICK
PERSON tells a person or persons who come forth. We are distributing
a flyer, with a reward for anyone with information that leads to the
shooter.
I thank each of you for your kind caring comments and prayers for
Jack .Please keep them coming. I will not rest until I find the person
who did this."

YERSTERDAY 12-13*
"Jack squeezed out of the back fence following his new little friend
yesterday afternoon. He returned over an hour later hardly able to
walk- his long black coat caked in patches of clotted blood. 4 hours
later after consulting our vet on the phone, we had cleaned multiple
wounds guessing small dogs had jumped on his back and bitten him
repeatedly. 7 am this morning to the vet where they shaved his back.
The vet came in shaking his head and announced someone shot him at
close range. His X-ray is unbelievable. I have spent the rest of the
day tracking down the owner of the ranch 6 acres over where an
uncountable ever changing cast of workers come and go. We are waiting
right now for him to arrive. How could anyone shoot my sweet and
gentle dog?"
