It is so hard to keep my creative momentum flowing with all of me so focused on this campaign with the days hurrying by.

I don't often share personal stuff here, but I will share that I am experiencing a horrible back pain episode-the first one in over a year.
I must confess much anger and loathing over the limitations and discomfort it fills each day with
I had just returned to yoga and daily 3 mile walks. Life had taken on a wonderful rhythm, then one wrong move and I could not stand up straight. 2 treatments by the chiropractor have allowed meto stand up and walk fairly normally
So, I make my get out the vote calls from home, cooped up and praying for patience and grace to ride this through.
My precious whirling angel Toot is now a daily gift sitting just outside my bedroom window-pulling my mind away from my pain and into the wonder this whirling angel brings. He calls me into the present , reminding me of the ever present joy and healing that comes from communing with such an amazing creature.
