Despite the 110 degree temperatures of my next destination
Knowing that these fuzzy cuties ,live and prosper on the greens of the resort
fills me with a giddy happiness
sundown in the west sends a golden light
showcasing their amazing ears
because a constant flow of people
are what they are used to
laying belly down in the grass
among them
quietly
no sudden movements
